The objectives of the study were to examine: Status of the maternal complication against the institutional deliveries, Reporting facilities management, number of referred cases, and Fatality rates in various districts of Uttar Pradesh. Analysis concluded that 31% of Maternal Complications & Post-Partum Hemorrhage (PPH) cases occurred in the Sub-center based on district levels data set, and the highest 10% of PPH cases occurred in the “Deoria” district. Concluded that most pregnant women suffered from Obstructed & prolonged labor complications.
