Understanding prospect business needs and requirements, and demonstrating the value of Ceipal products using Business Cases/ ROI models; Requirement gathering and Customer qualification via a systematic analysis of customer business; Design company solution and assist customization, installation, and integration of solution; Product Demonstration of Ceipal products; Participate in pricing and SoW/RFI presentations to prospective customers; Knowledge transfer to the implementation team; Involve in strategy making, and product discussions; Develop a detailed Cost Benefit ROI/ Business Case model

Lead the Magneto NPD manufacturing team; Develop and review design prototypes, perform tests, and finalize product design to facilitate mass production; Conduct PPAP audits and SPC, MSA, GRR, and layout inspection of NPD products along with documenting DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, and IPO/SOP; Perform root cause analysis, give corrective actions, and plan the problem-solving tools/methodology

Design and develop prototypes of Clusters, Regulator Rectifiers for Two wheelers; Manage the entire project of Telematics unit for Two wheelers – including RFQ stage, design finalization, prototype development and vendor management
