Built and deployed a Retrieval Augmented Generation chatbot on Google Cloud Platform as a POC. Developed features such as text summarization, question and answer generation, keyword extraction for our Ed-Tech product. Conceptualized, built, and deployed a resume scoring and analysis tool using LLMs, with end-to-end responsibility including API development and database schema design and setup. Implemented the K-Means clustering algorithm and user segmentation techniques to classify platform users into distinct categories based on their behavior, enabling targeted marketing strategies. Developed a robust model to predict customer lifetime value (CLTV). Leveraged machine learning algorithms and customer data to estimate the potential value a customer brings over their entire lifetime.

Wrote SQL scripts for data extraction and analysis from different database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL. Built custom chatbots using the Rasa open-source framework and leveraged Rasa-X to continuously create training data by reviewing and fixing conversations with test users. Built a simple custom named entity recognition (NER) model to identify Indian names. Gave tech-talks on my learnings to the entire team for the purpose of knowledge sharing.
