Expert to Analysis the FASTag transaction data for Toll Tax & Traffic Report Analysis for ATMS on daily basis. Responsible for analysis the Equipment Survey inspection data( ATCC, NSV, Retro-reflectometer, MBIU and FWD). Finalize User Fee Determination for Fee Plaza on every financial Year. Responsible for Annuity payment finalization after Data Analysis. Expert in Toll Plaza designing and finalizing the functional requirement including Toll Strategies, Toll Collection, Preparation of design criteria and review of detail design and specification of Toll Plaza. Responsible for checking the Toll Operating System and rectifying it in case any difficulty. Upgrading the Systems as per requirements to meet the growing needs of road traffic. Responsible for managing Networking of Computer & Hardware support, Installation Servers, Software of Desktops, Printers etc, involving the whole ETC(Electronics Toll Collection) installation with maintenance and hybrid ETC and its smooth operation in plaza. I am well versed with technology for all Database Management, Application software, Operating System and System management, Wired and wireless networking product. Responsible for Pneumatic tube detector based ATCC Survey in every 6 Months and finalized survey reports. Responsible for Civil infrastructure at Toll plazas required for Installation of ETC systems & Adequacy of Hardware, Software and other related items as per IHMCL/NHAI technical specifications and requirements. Responsible for Efficacy of the ETC Systems(RFID Tagging, AVC, WIM etc.) in terms of accuracy and uptime. Tracking and Reporting toll plaza experience metrics such as Average waiting time, Transaction times for different modes of payment( RFID and Cash). Responsible for prepare Monthly Status report as per prescribe format as per Contract Agreement. Identify strategy for fixing the ETC equipments / Networking equipments/ Internet availability to ensure the service time of not more than 10 Second per vehicle at
