Preparing a consolidated S curve & bar chart of the project by giving weightage to Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning. Documenting for the new projects i.e.Detailed Project Report, Milestone Schedule, Risk Register & Layout finalization, releasing Weekly & Monthly Reports highlighting critical areas & top focus areas of the project on a regular basis. Conducting regular reviews of the project, prepare presentation and minutes of the meeting. Meeting with vendors to prepare schedule and approve it. Reviewing of project activities by close monitoring of critical path & floats of the project & scheduling forecast & Identification of risk (Risk Analysis). Drafting Exception Report for the vendors. Using Primavera and MS Project to prepare the schedule and Managing manpower & material planning for the project.

Worked on planning function of Basic & Detail Engineering, Civil/Structural Work, Boiler Turbine Generator (BTG), Power Cycle Piping, Ash Handling Plant, Water Treatment Plant, AC & Ventilation Systems, Coal Handling Plant and LP Piping. Operated Primavera Version 6 professional 17, Created S-Curves and Bar Charts. Operated Power Plant from DCS for one year, well versed in Boiler light up, Turbine rolling, Synchronization and all Power Plant related operational activities.

Digitization and Automation of the project schedules. Prepared a global template for L3 and L4 of Engineering works of the project. Prepared, Explained and ensure 100% usage of the template of refurbished project schedule. Prepared tool where quick plan can be generated with minimal information during ordering level of the project. Upload the weekly data on the tool to reflect it to the entire organization and that will be the basis of weekly reviews. Ensure proper integration of the L3, L4 and L5 schedule of various project on daily basis. Continuous improvement on the templates of schedule, formats of various other deliverables. Leading various new initiatives towards schedule digitization and automation for the organization. Lead planner for Combined cycle power plant.
