Worked on Time Series forecasting on sales data and driven useful insights from data. Worked on AI model for customer complaint classification and forward to customer support team and Analysis. Working on extracting comments from various social media sources like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Email, Linkedin, Product reviews apply sentiment analysis, Keyword extraction and Text Analysis and save into database. Worked on Email automation and forward emails to the team according to problems. Working on Auto replay generation using LLM (ChatGPT and Langchain). Worked on Email Bot which can solve customer issues and do general task like ticket rising, problem solving and more.

Designing, Developing and implementing AI and machine learning models. Gathering and analyzing large datasets to build effective AI models. Train, test, optimize and improve AI and machine learning models to achieve desired results. Utilized TensorFlow recommender system to build skill-based recommendation system to recommend candidate profile to job recruiters and achieved 91.35% accuracy. Technology used – Python, TensorFlow, Word2Vec, Scikit-learn, NLTK, Spacy, Gensim, NLP. Made Resume parsing algorithm to extract important features from candidate resumes such as skills, experience, company work, education, contact details etc. and added this data into the database in a single click. Technology used – TensorFlow, NLTK, Spacy, Named entity recognition (NER), Word2Vec, Bi-LSTM, SQL, AWS Lambda
