Implemented a transformer-based model and a variant Temporal Convolution Network(TCN) model for a time-series prediction on an unstructored telecom kpi data to automate networks. Developed an LSTM-based model used for forecasting user’s mobility using their mobile equipment data received from telecom towers. Created a framework to generate analytics on complex time series telecom’s kpi data using machine learning models (Fbprophet, RandomForest Lightgbm) with lower inference time compared to deep learning models. Built a complete training service module using FastAPI with an objective of automatic training of deep learning models in production based on triggers coming from data drift service which checks the distribution of continuous data coming into the model.
