Designing a real-time contextual behavioral personalization system via Sankey diagram & ML to predict customer behavior.

Performed customer behavior analysis to identify fraudulent customers based on tonnage, returns, order count, pending payment and shop closed instances resulting in a 5% reduction of wastage in three months. Implemented various time series forecasting techniques to predict a surge in customer orders to lower average customer wait time by 12 minutes. Provide a proposed solution to position the Distribution center at the right place in order to plan the routes efficiently and also to serve the customer in a better way resulting in early delivery to customers.

Built web applications in Python, Django, and MySQL and generated reports based on client inputs. Worked on SQL Server to create, modify, delete table, Stored-Procedure, and wrote stored procedure in SQL server. Involved in data analysis in Excel; planned task decision and prioritize work in a team using JIRA.
